The Population Health Information Tool (PHIT) provides up-to-date, easy to understand public health data and racial equity data in Massachusetts. This tool can be used to build a location-specific report to learn more about a town, county or custom region’s community health and wellbeing. Specific data on substance use is derived from multiple data sources. This can be used for up to date prevalence and trends for implementation project planning, including SBIRT in Schools.
